Eph 1:3 (NLT) All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.

John 14: 27 NLT, Jesus replied, "All who LOVE Me will DO what I say. My Father will love them, and We will come and make Our home with each of them.

Self Control and Focus

I heard this from Danny Silk, out of Bethel, in Redding CA. The definition of focus and self control: SELF CONTROL IS NOT SAYING "NO" TO SOMETHING, - IT IS SAYING YES TO "ONE THING" (HIS WORD) SO MUCH THAT EVERYTHING ELSE LOOSES IT'S VOICE!

Understanding Mystery

Posted Aug 12 2009 - 3:38pm by BillyFletcher

Understanding the mystery of God depends on our attitude and how we approach His presence. It is possible that we take the position, Father here is a blank check please fill out what you want and then when I know what you want I can decide if I want to sign the check. On the other hand what pleased Father is this attitude, Father here is a signed check, you fill  out whatever you want and I will commit to your request.

Embracing Mystery

In John the 6th chapter Jesus refers to eating His body and drinking His blood. This so offended those He spoke to that it caused them to leave. It certainly was not one of His more popular teachings. It’s interesting however that after even some of His followers left he turned to the twelve and asked, Will you leave also? Peter, in one of the two times he nailed an answer to the Master’s questions said, no, we will not leave because you have the words of life. In reality Peter had no more idea what Jesus meant about eating His body or drinking His blood that those who left.

POWER PRESENCE - Time With Papa

Posted Mar 12 2009 - 11:36pm by BillyFletcher

In the world we have what is known as the power nap. Taking a very small amount of time and just closing your eyes and resting. From what I have heard others say this is rejuvenating and very relaxing. When a good friend of mine was telling me that he felt the pressures of every day life surrounding him the Father flashed in my spirit, you need a power presence time with Abba. That’s right. I shared as I was getting this right from the throne, “If you will just take say 15 minutes. stop everything and just enter into His presence.

Open up the doors

Only the Master can open doors that no one else can open and shut doors no one else can shut. We find oursleves so busy trying to open and shut doors in our own efforts. When He is the one who has the ability to open and shut each door in our life. Paul in Col 4: 3 (NLT) Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about His mysterious plan concerning Christ. King James says "open doors of utterance". Act 16: 27, an earthquake opened the prison doors that held Paul captive and allowed him to minister to the guard and the guard's family.

Staying in Joy, leads to Peace and Rest

Our location is being challenged all the time. Where are you was a question the Abba asked Adam and Eve. He obviously knew where they were physically, but he was asking where was Adam spiritually. Our location spiritually changes from one circumstance to the other. Depending on what we are faced with all day long, usually determines our location spirtually. What we want is the ability to overcome circumstances and go to the place of peace and rest.
