About Us

From an early age, Billy Fletcher had a desire to serve the Lord. He heard the call of God on his life while attending a church youth camp and from that point on, Jesus Christ has maneuvered Billy’s path to bring him to a place where intimate fellowship with God is his highest priority.

Along that pathway, God arranged for Billy and Ann to meet (a blind date) and the rest is history. They have been happily married and each others best friend over 34 years. God has blessed them with two wonderful sons, Bill and Brian, a lovely daughter-in-love, Amanda, and one awesome grandson, Billy, Jr. They are native Texans from El Paso until the Lord instructed them in August of 2002 to move to Fort Worth, Texas and be a part of Kenneth Copeland Ministries / Eagle Mountain International Church (a heart’s desire the Lord so amazingly fulfilled).

In El Paso, Billy was a pastor on staff for eight years at Abundant Living Faith Center with senior pastors Charles and Rochelle Nieman. The time Charles and Rochelle spent mentoring Billy and Ann helped formed the foundation of Christian principles that govern their lives. Trusting in the integrity of God’s Word and making it the first and final authority in every situation has carried them through to victory in every circumstance of adversity.

Another pathway of preparation the Lord had for them (from 2002 to November 2008) was ministering to the body of believers at Eagle Mountain International Church with senior pastors George and Terri Pearsons. Pastoring in an environment where “Love is King” revealed how impactful intimacy with the Father has on individuals hungry for more of God, transforming workers into committed lovers of God as a result of intimate friendship with Abba, Father.

It was during this season of their life at a John Bevere meeting the Lord stirred Billy and Ann’s heart to begin teaching people how valuable each person is to God and how He longs to daily manifest His presence and power in their lives. When God’s children find out just how good He is - good all the time - and grasp that He is not mad but realize He is very happy and in a good mood, it revolutionizes their lives. God created mankind for fellowship. As a result of those revelations, believers grab hold of the fact that they are God’s favorite - each one of us unique and deeply loved.  Consequently, they stop seeing themselves as sinners who struggle to love God, but lovers of God who occasionally struggle with sin. As their friendship with God grows, they discover the divine purpose He has for their life and begin to have a powerful impact on the world around them.

Billy’s quest to help people seek God’s presence and know their Father’s loving nature, his desire to share what Abba has downloaded into his own heart with others, led Billy and Ann onto the next path in their journey of pursuing God. At Holy Spirit’s direction Billy Fletcher Ministries was launched, a ministry dedicated to a passionate pursuit of His Presence.
